Our location provides a country feel that is still close to town as one road, Alameda, takes you directly to the Historic Plaza. Southwest interior design with a jacuzzi bathtub and wood-burning fireplace. Includes a comfortable pillow-top queen-size bed in master bedroom and sofa-sleeper in the great room. Built in 2006 with award winning architects this property has contemporary & traditional influences. The décor was assembled by a designer who chose the finest furniture, fixtures, fine cotton sheets, thick towels, robes & duvets. Amenities: Built-in surround stereo system, two cable TV's, movies, DVDs, CDs and materials listing Santa Fe activities. Uou will be amazed how big this 800 square foot guest house feels with a signature stone patio looking at the sunset and mountains. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, mini appliances etc. Four burners, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, stainless refrigerator. Parking for two cars. You can hike and bike from the property. Airport shuttles are available to transport you to and from the house and the Plaza is a short cab ride away. (five to seven minutes).

House Rules: Quiet hours 9p-8a. Turn off or dim outdoor lights & be quiet after 9pm. Drive slow. 16. Housekeeping: If unit is not ready at 4pm/arrival, DNM has 6 hrs to clean or find other unit. 17. DNM has the right to move guest if necessary to comparable unit.
